NewGenDeveloper (“we”, “us”).
Gantry is a control application for GRBL/CNC machines. The app is a user interface that connects over your network to a backend server that you run or designate (for example on your shop PC or a server you host). That backend talks to your CNC controller. The app itself is a tool for operating your own equipment — it is not a social, advertising, or data-broker product.

Gantry does not contain advertising, third-party analytics, or crash/usage tracking SDKs, and we do not sell or share your information. The app does not require you to create an account with us, and does not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or device identifiers for our own use.
Operational data (machine config, G-code, telemetry) flows between the app and the backend you choose. If you run that backend yourself, you are the controller of that data and it does not reach us. If you connect to a demo or hosted backend we provide, that data is processed solely to operate the service for you and is not used for any other purpose.
This version of Gantry is free and contains no in-app purchases, so we collect no payment information. If in-app purchases are added in future, payments will be handled by Google Play Billing and we will never receive your card details; this policy will be updated beforehand.
Preferences and the access token remain on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. Data held by your backend is retained and secured according to how you operate that backend. We use industry-standard measures for any service we directly operate, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Gantry is a tool for operating machinery and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
You can remove locally stored data at any time via your device’s app settings (clear storage) or by uninstalling. For data held by a backend we operate on your behalf, contact us to request access or deletion. Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK, California), you may have additional rights under the GDPR/CCPA.
We may update this policy; we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or store listing.
